### 1. Services Provided
BinClean provides residential and/or commercial garbage bin cleaning services, including pressure washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of waste containers.

### 2. Scheduling & Access
* Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible on the scheduled service day.
* Bins must be empty unless otherwise agreed.
* If bins are not accessible or not empty, the service may be skipped and still subject to a service fee.

### 3. Payment Terms
* Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

* Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

### 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

* BinClean is not responsible for bins containing hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint, or biohazard waste.
* We reserve the right to refuse service if bins are deemed unsafe or excessively contaminated.

### 6. Property & Liability
* While we take care to avoid damage, BinClean is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or surrounding property.
* Customers agree to hold BinClean harmless for minor water runoff or incidental exposure during cleaning.

### 7. Weather Conditions
* Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather (e.g., freezing temperatures, storms).
* We will notify customers as soon as possible and arrange a new service date.

### 8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within *24 hours**, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

### 9. Recurring Services
* For subscription services, customers will be billed on a recurring basis.
You may cancel recurring service at any time with at least *48 hours’ notice** before the next scheduled cleaning.

### 10. Changes to Terms
BinClean reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
